Saturday: 9am

Evening Classes:

Mon: 5:35 pm, 7:35 pm

Tues: 5 pm, 6:15 pm, 7:30 pm

Wed: 6:15 pm, 7:30 pm

Thurs: 5 pm, 6:15 pm, 7:30 pm

Friday: 4:30 pm, 5:45 pm

Olympic Weightlifting:

Monday 4:30 pm

Wednesday 5 pm

Sat 12 pm
